This policy explains how the KAIUKI public website handles information. The KAIUKI app may have additional privacy disclosures as account, collection, community, and other app features move toward public release.

Information you choose to provide
This public website does not currently offer user accounts or a public contact form. If you contact Promethean Worxs by email, we receive the information you include in that message, such as your email address, name, and the contents of your request.
Technical information
Like most hosted websites, the site infrastructure may process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the service, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request timestamps, and diagnostic logs. We use this information for site operation, reliability, security, and troubleshooting.
Theme and local preferences
The website may store non-sensitive interface preferences, such as light or dark appearance, in your browser so the site can remember your choice. These preferences are not used to create an advertising profile.
First-party website analytics
Promethean Worxs uses first-party analytics to understand how the public website is discovered and used. The site may store a random browser visitor identifier and a temporary session identifier in browser storage. Analytics records may include the page visited, referral domain, campaign tags such as UTM parameters, broad device category (mobile, tablet, or desktop), whether a visitor appears to be new or returning, active time, approximate scroll depth, and link interactions. We use this information to measure traffic sources, engagement, and site performance. We do not use these analytics to create advertising profiles, and we do not record form-field contents as analytics. Global Privacy Control signals are respected by the first-party analytics tracker.
Third-party and retailer links
The site may link to retailers, marketplaces, developer documentation, or other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Following an external link leaves the KAIUKI website.
Affiliate relationships
KAIUKI uses clearly disclosed affiliate links in selected collector-education and essentials content, including participation in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. A qualifying purchase may generate a commission without changing the price you pay. Affiliate relationships are disclosed where applicable and do not change how KAIUKI labels retailer availability, community evidence, or market context.
Children
This public website is intended for a general collector audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children through accounts or forms. If future KAIUKI services introduce age-sensitive features, those features will receive separate safeguards and disclosures.
Data retention
Email correspondence is retained only as reasonably necessary for support, business records, security, or legal obligations. Hosting and diagnostic logs may be retained by service providers according to their operational policies.
Your choices
You can choose not to email us, can leave external retailer sites at any time, and can clear browser-stored preferences and analytics identifiers through your browser settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the first-party analytics tracker does not record analytics events from that browser. Promethean Worxs also supports a persistent first-party browser opt-out used by the site owner for internal traffic exclusion.
